TikTok Pangle empowers advertisers to extend their reach beyond TikTok by accessing top publishers through trusted, intelligent and performance-driven advertising solutions.TikTok Pangle has established an industry-leading Ad Network in 20+ emerging markets, with proven success in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Latin America. 1. Utilize data insights to identity and implement strategies that have a significant impact on the growth of Pangle's business; 2. Collaborate closely with developers to define and track key metrics, ensuring mutual growth for both parties; 3. Proactively monitor daily data performance, identify potential optimization opportunities, and resolve anomalies; 4. Become a product expert in Pangle, with a deep understanding of the solutions of different products; 5. Stay abreast of industry trends, collaborate closely with the product team, and optimize existing products and features; 6. Participate in shaping Pangle's monetization tools and products.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. 5+ years of work experience in advertising monetization or ad placement, with the management ability to lead cross-regional teams; a bachelor's degree in computer science, information, business, economics, or related fields; 2. Solid analytical skills, with experience in using statistical methods to solve practical problems; 3. A collaborative spirit and strong adaptability, with a desire for innovation and success; 4. Strategic thinking and overall planning ability, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences; 5. Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications 1. Basic knowledge of SQL and data structures; a demonstrated passion for technology and evolving trends; 2. Ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and thrive in complex environments.
