Responsibilities:
- To lead & drive all NPI activities within the plant
- To work & liaise with all relevant parties (internal, suppliers, customers, HQ/factory) on the product introduction include packaging
- Knowledge in creating & modifying BOM structure for assembly process
- Knowledge in SFC (Shop floor control) system & SAP maintenance
- Understanding of Server & Rack assembly process
- Involve in rack packaging design
- To lead/participate in Kaizen activities
- To support production on mass run Participate in ISO audit both internally and externally
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good project management skills.
- A keen eye for details Background: Server, rack build, or semiconductor is advantageous
