[What the role is]As a member of the Human Resources team, you will play a key role in leveraging technology to optimise and enhance HR functions and service delivery to create a high-performing future ready organisation.
We are seeking proactive, forward-thinking professionals who are passionate about the interplay of people, processes and systems, ready to serve as technology advocates to foster a ‘digital-by-default’ culture in the HR department.
This role is a contract position for 2 years.

Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. HR digitalisation
• Enhancing and refining various HR processes through digitalisation and business process re-engineering.
• Collaborating with colleagues to address HR needs and developing effective solutions to improve HR outcomes.
• Advocating the benefits of digitalisation/sharing digitisation knowledge within HR
2. People analytics
• Leveraging analytical and visualisation techniques on HR data to generate insights to enhance strategic decision-making
• Advancing the use of analytics tools and techniques within HR to identify and resolve HR issues.
3. HR Services
• Partner with HR stakeholders and business units to deliver quality and timely services, ensuring a seamless and positive experience aligned with the employee value proposition, organisational brand and culture.

Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience, particularly in HR digitalisation or analytics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
A team player who is independent, resilient, and resourceful with the ability to tackle HR challenges and engage colleagues using clear and simple language.
Experience with Robotics Process Automation, Data Analytics/visualisation.
