Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, experienced Office & Travel Manager that blends regional travel coordination with dynamic office management, who can work with a focus on getting things done and staying flexible when things change.
This role is based in Singapore and will primarily support travel arrangements across the APAC region, with some global responsibilities during busy periods. The role will also take care of day-to-day office operations for our Singapore office.

What will you do?

Plan and book travel (flights, hotels, visas, transport).

Coordinate with travel providers and support travelers during trips.

Ensure all travel follows company policies and track travel expenses.

Work closely with global teams across different time zones.

Manage daily office operations and ensure things run smoothly.

Handle office supplies, maintenance, vendor coordination, and basic budgeting.

Support HR with onboarding and employee engagement activities.

Organize meetings, events, and maintain office records and policies.
What are we looking for?

Minimum 3 years of hands-on travel management experience, preferably in a regional or global capacity.

Proficient in using GDS, preferably Sabre.

Familiar with international travel and visa processes.

Support Singapore and Chinese speaking region role - Fluent competency of Mandarin and Simplified Chinese in spoken and written is essential.

Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong willingness to grow and open to taking on broader administrative work beyond travel.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, discreet, and able to work well with global teams.
What additional skills will help you stand out?

Proficient in using Sabre.

Office administration experience.

Prior experience as mentor or supervisor is preferred.
