In this position you will....
ensure all operations requirements are carried out in an appropriate and effective way. You will also be required to enhance operations processes in-line with best practices and achieve a high level of customer service satisfaction.
You will be responsible for…
- Attending to emails enquiries from employment agencies (EA), insurers and employers
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone enquiries from employment agencies (EA), insurers and employers
- Data-entries on DMIS System (source from email, faxed or by hand)
- Emailing or faxing policies to EAs who have requested it
- Printing of policy to EAs who have requested
- Attending to Walk in customers & EAs
- Maintain the quality of engagement with the EAs and employers
- Daily Transmission of Bond to MOM, as well as checking the audit reports
- Assisting in the Billing Process including the follow-up with the EAs
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- Strong telephone and communication skills
- Swift and speedy responses while maintaining accuracy in data entries
- Familiarity with Microsoft office, especially proficiency in Excel
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- GCE “O” Level and/or its equivalent
- Possess BCP and PGI certification is a must, having CGI is added advantage.
