Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites
- Supervise, train, and motivate cleaning staff to meet performance standards
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company policies
- Coordinate scheduling, work allocation, and manpower planning
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Liaise with clients to address feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare reports and support management in improving operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cleaning operations or facilities management
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle operational challenges effectively
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards
- Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, or public holidays when required
- Valid driving license (preferred)
