POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager (F&B) to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations across multiple restaurant outlets. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, service consistency, cost efficiency, and team performance while upholding brand standards. This role requires strong leadership, a strategic mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily F&B operations across multiple outlets, ensuring adherence to brand standards and SOPs.
- Drive operational efficiency and consistency across all locations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and support outlet managers in all aspects of outlet performance.
- Monitor service quality and take action on customer feedback.
- Implement and monitor cost-control measures (labour, inventory, wastage).
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate outlet managers and service teams to ensure high morale and performance.
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts in coordination with HR.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify development opportunities.
- Promote a collaborative and results-driven culture aligned with company values.
Business & Service Excellence
- Maintain a strong presence on the ground to observe operations and support teams.
- Ensure consistent, high-level customer satisfaction across all locations.
- Work closely with culinary and service teams to innovate and refine offerings.
- Plan and execute initiatives to improve efficiency and guest experience.
Strategic Planning & Development
- Support management in developing and executing growth plans.
- Propose and implement improvements in systems, processes, and technology.
- Evaluate competitors and industry trends to keep operations competitive and relevant.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5–8 years of F&B experience , with at least 3 years in a multi-outlet managerial role .
- Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage performance across multiple outlets.
- Solid understanding of F&B operations, P&L management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Experience in premium or upscale dining environments preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for hospitality and commitment to continuous improvement.
