Job Scope:
- Handling and processing of customer orders.
- Data entry of orders into the system.
- Communicating with customers on order matters.
- Attending to customer requests and enquiries.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Providing general administrative support to maintain good customer relations.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Careful and accurate in data entry.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp).
Work Location: Office-based
- Report to office daily
- 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
