- Leadership and Management: Experience in leading and motivating teams from different culture, delegating tasks, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Must be able to speak Chinese and English. Effective communication with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Sales and Business Acumen: Understanding of sales principles and the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Knowledge of Industry Regulations: Familiarity with relevant regulations, such as food safety standards or health and safety requirements.
- Experience in Retail or Hospitality: Prepared to travel overseas. Prior experience in a similar role within the retail or hospitality industry is often preferred.
