Responsibilities:
· Assist to obtain HSA approval for drugs and medical device before import
· Update permit approval in system
· Uploading of approved permits to OneDrive and our ERP system
· Assist in RMP Programme – data entry and compilation of monthly reports
· Provide prompt and accurate quotations for customers’ orders
· Submission of quotations in online portal
· Source for accurate information and do necessary translation relating to customer quotations
· Download GPO and update our master file in OneDrive weekly
· Document control – invoice filing
· Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Quick learner for our ERP system.
- Resourceful with a positive attitude.
- Preferably some experience in Customer Service.
- Candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical/science industry are preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $2,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 22 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
