Location: Singapore · Near Maxwell MRT
Working Hours: 5 hours/day, 5 days/week (Mon–Fri)
Salary: SGD 1,200 – 1,600 / month (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO with scheduling, including interviews, meetings, cross-department coordination, and external communication
- Attend internal and external meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and summarize action points
- Follow up on meeting decisions and assigned tasks to ensure timely execution
- Serve as a liaison point for suppliers, partners, government agencies, and banks
- Organize and archive internal documents, meeting notes, and external communication materials
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, or contract drafts as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration or executive assistance (executive secretary experience preferred)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to efficiently organize and follow up on tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PPT)
- Strong execution skills and ability to work independently
