- You’ll develop and implement a comprehensive pricing strategy for online parts sales.
- You’ll set up and maintain accurate pricing information for various parts and accessories.
- You’ll prepare accurate and competitive pricing proposals and monitor and adjust pricing as needed.
- You’ll ensure compliance with local tax and import/export regulations.
- You’ll drive sales by following up on high-value parts quotations.
- You’ll oversee the entire equipment parts sales process, from initial customer contact to order fulfilment.
- You’ll monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to expand the parts business.
- You’ll develop and execute strategic sales plans and promotions to achieve revenue targets.
- You’ll manage the entire lifecycle of spare parts, from procurement to delivery.
- You’ll analyse customer requirements and recommend appropriate parts solutions.
- You’ll analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Any other additional duties as assigned.
What We Expect of You
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/logistics/supply chain management or related field.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software.
- Prior parts management experience in the heavy equipment industry, is highly preferred.
- Ability to analyse data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues related to parts availability, pricing, and logistics.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers.
