We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Wealth Director. You will be responsible for managing clients and administrative support, coordinating and scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meal reservation arrangements
- Handle confidential correspondence and documents
- Prepare presentation slides, meeting agendas, and follow-ups
- Coordinate client reviews and follow-up appointments
- Clients servicing and administrative support
- Assist in policy applications, documentation, and submissions
- Address client inquiries and provide timely updates
- Provide personal and professional support as needed
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant disposition and friendly
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with good time management to assist Wealth Director
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Google Sheet, Canva and digital editing tools
- Prior experience in financial services or insurance is an advantage
