Job Purpose
The Personal Driver will provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation for the assigned executive(s), ensuring confidentiality, professionalism, and a high standard of service at all times. The role also involves vehicle care, route planning, and ad-hoc errands as required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Driving & Transportation
- Safely drive the assigned executive(s) to and from appointments, meetings, and other destinations as required.
- Ensure punctuality and manage daily schedules effectively.
- Plan routes in advance, considering traffic, weather, and road conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
2. Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.
- Conduct regular checks on fuel, oil, water, tires, brakes, and lights.
- Arrange for scheduled servicing and repairs when necessary.
3. Professional Conduct & Confidentiality
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous manner at all times.
- Exercise discretion and uphold strict confidentiality regarding all matters concerning the executive(s) and the company.
4. Administrative & Ad-hoc Support
- Assist with deliveries, document drop-offs/pick-ups, and other assigned errands.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and tolls/parking expenses.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess a valid local driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a personal or corporate driver
- Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays if required.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy.
- Basic proficiency in [English / relevant local language].
Working Conditions
- This position may require irregular working hours based on the executive’s schedule.
- Overtime, weekend, and holiday work may be necessary.
