Pharmacist / Senior Pharmacist!
Work Schedule: 5.5 days/week, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (staggered start times between 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM)
We are looking for dedicated and qualified Pharmacists / Senior Pharmacists to join our team in providing professional pharmaceutical care and supporting clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and safely according to legal and clinical guidelines
- Provide professional advice to patients and healthcare providers on medications, dosages, side effects, and interactions
- Support chronic disease management and ambulatory care services
- Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and trainees
- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of pharmaceuticals
- Conduct audits, stock takes, and monitor expiry dates
- Assist in clinic pharmacy operations, staff scheduling, and report generation
- Maintain compliance with local regulatory and licensing requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Pharmacy and registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Valid Form A license with Health Sciences Authority
- 3–5 years of clinical pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong communication and counselling skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Committed to continuing professional development (CPD) and ongoing training
