Job Description:
Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum, assessments, and teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.
Drive innovative teaching and assessment methods to improve learning outcomes.
Oversee systems that support holistic student development in a safe, supportive environment.
Develop and implement professional development plans aligned with sector goals.
Supervise and evaluate staff, provide coaching, and support career growth through structured performance management.
Engage parents and caregivers to reinforce learning and strengthen home-school collaboration.
Build strategic partnerships with stakeholders to enhance student learning experiences.
Co-manage administrative systems and ensure effective use of financial and manpower resources.
Lead school budgeting and guide departments in financial planning.
Manage daily school operations and undertake duties assigned by senior leadership.
Requirements:
Degree in Special Education, Diploma in Special Needs (DISE)
Possess at least 10 years of management experience, with a minimum of five years in leadership positions
Experience working with persons with disabilities is an added advantage.
