Work Location: Central area
Working hour: 5.5 days, 12 hours shift, no night shift
Job Description:
- Manage and plan the well-being management of elderly
- Provide individualized patient-focused care, including regular glucose and blood pressure checks, lifestyle and dietary management
- Administration of medicine and ensure meals taken on-time
- Routine medical and body check
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- SNB registered Senior/ Staff Nurse.
- At least 1-2 years of nursing experience in ward/ nursing home
- Ad-hoc overseas travelling whenever required
- Knowledgeable about emergency/ cardiology/ oncology nursing would be advantageous.
