Our client is a global leader in Oil & Gas, Marine Offshore Engineering.

Summary

• Responsible for managing the procurement of both material and bulk packages for major EPC projects.
• Build strong coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing of critical equipment and materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for assigned packages, including sourcing, negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up.
• Handle procurement of key equipment and systems such as:

• Collaborate with engineering, project, and logistics teams to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and specifications.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and industry standards.

Requirement

• Min Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Min 3-5 years relevant working experience in Marine/O&G/Construction/Building/Manufacturing sector or related field
• Good procurement experience in buying EPC or construction project machinery, equipment and bulk purchase
• Strong knowledge of technical equipment and materials used in industrial projects.
• Able to start to work immediately or short notice
