Job Description:
Our client is a dynamic technology firm specializing in enterprise software solutions and digital transformation services for global clients. As the company scales its operations, they are seeking a strategic and hands-on Procurement Manager to manage vendor relationships, optimize procurement processes, and drive cost efficiencies. This individual will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement activities across IT, SaaS, hardware, and professional services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement and sourcing activities across software licenses, IT hardware, SaaS, consulting, and tech services
- Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with company goals and budget
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships; conduct regular vendor performance reviews
- Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and service levels to drive value and mitigate risk
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across IT, finance, legal, and operations to understand business needs and procurement requirements
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, data privacy regulations, and legal standards
- Analyze spend, track KPIs, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Oversee purchase order (PO) processes, invoice matching, and system accuracy in procurement tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, IT, or a related field
- At least 6 years of procurement experience, preferably within technology or software services sectors
- Solid understanding of software licensing models, IT procurement, and vendor management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and contract management skills
- Experience with procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) is preferred
- Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders
