About the Job
We are looking for a Procurement Operations Executive to join us in our procurement team to support our GPs and clinic staff on the frontlines.
This is a full-time onsite role. If you’re a dynamic individual with a can-do attitude and a service-oriented mindset, we want you!
You will be responsible for day-to-day procurement and inventory operations support for the pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical needs of Bridgepoint Health.
The Role
- Conduct all supply chain activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures (e.g. vendor sourcing, purchasing, distribution, inventory management etc.)
- Perform inbound stock receipt, checking, repacking and coordinate outbound deliveries to clinics
- Maintain the warehouse in accordance with industry and regulatory standards
- Perform data entry and billing procedures for goods and services provided
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on medication purchases and monthly reporting on stock movement and purchases
- Support maritime clinic services (e.g. generation of quotation, medication delivery) based on the vessel schedules
- Ad hoc duties (including cross-functional support, quality improvement initiatives, etc.)
The Person
- Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Course (Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore), Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences or relevant experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word) is required
- A good team player with excellent analytical and organizational skills
