You’ll run production like a well-oiled machine, locking in schedules, wrangling budgets, booking crew, and making shoot days feel effortless (even when they’re anything but). Then you’ll take the wheel of what we’re best known for: our award-winning, turnkey post-production powerhouse. It’s not just about the tech, it’s about the talent. You’ll be leading a crew of multi-award-winning editors, motion designers, audio engineers, and colourists whose work has set the bar for networks and streamers worldwide. They know how to deliver world-class results while keeping the process fun, collaborative, and drama-free.
What you’ll actually be doing:
- Planning and managing shoots from top to tail - locations, crew, logistics, the works.
- Keeping production days humming, even when the unexpected shows up.
- Steering post-production from media ingest to final master, making sure every frame meets our high standards.
- Leading a team whose creative instincts and technical skills make us the go-to for top-tier productions.
- Negotiating with vendors and managing budgets like you own the place.
- Being the point person clients trust for updates, approvals, and quick fixes.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years running productions and/or post-production.
- Calm under pressure, with a problem-solving brain.
- A clear communicator who gets stuff done.
- Strong grasp of both production and post workflows.
