Summary
- Lead digital transformation initiatives for web, mobile, and eCommerce platforms in a global B2B logistics and transportation company.
- Focused on improving customer experience from shipment booking to cargo tracking.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product management for eCommerce, mobile apps, and corporate website
- Own and manage product backlog, user stories, and sprint priorities
- Work closely with designers, developers, and content teams to deliver user-friendly digital products
- Align product roadmap with business goals across regional and global teams
- Remove roadblocks and support delivery teams in a cross-functional environment
- Use data and user feedback to guide product improvements
- Lead major website and CMS projects (AEM, Sitecore, Contentful, or Drupal)
Nice to Have
- Agile/SCRUM or PMP certification
- Experience in content strategy or design systems
- Background in UX research or customer journey mapping
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years in digital product/project management.
- Experience delivering website or Content Management System, CMS projects
- Background in logistics, supply chain, or B2B digital platforms preferred
- Strong understanding of user experience and digital workflows
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
