The Programme Development Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a transformative chronic disease management programme. This role supports the Director of Development in driving programme execution, managing timelines, coordinating across workstreams and partners, and ensuring smooth delivery to end users. The Programme Manager also plays a key role in operational planning, service design, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design consultants to support the design, development, and implementation of enhanced chronic disease management programmes.
- Lead daily operations of the programme, including planning, tracking timelines, and managing task pipelines.
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for the programme.
- Coordinate stakeholder and partner engagement activities.
- Develop and maintain a programme dashboard to monitor key success metrics and operational KPIs.
- Translate strategic outputs from the development team into actionable workflows for the service operations team.
- Ensure efficient coordination and communication among service team members to support operational excellence.
- Contribute to documentation of programme tools, knowledge base, operational manuals, and staff training guides.
- Support the Director of Development in the design and implementation of the broader Bridgepoint Healthcare Ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- At least 8 years of programme management experience in healthcare, service delivery, or related industries.
- Proven experience engaging with medical stakeholders and/or working within the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
