Project Control Executive
Job Description:
- Keep track of all internal and external project-related documents for project control purposes.
- Establish and manage a systematic filing system for all project documents, ensuring regular updates to the master tracking file.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely submission of documents and facilitate to obtain the necessary signatures from internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all billing milestone documents are promptly signoff and forwarded to finance for billing processing.
- Prepare analytical reports and summaries of business documents, such as quotations, invoices, and purchase orders, for management review.
- Collaborate with project teams in the development and implementation of new documentation processes.
- Support the warehouse/ logistics team in managing the receipt of materials from suppliers or subcontractors.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of project documentations including Precal and etc.
- Oversee inventory management, conduct interim and annual stocktakes, and perform stock reconciliation.
- Manage fixed asset record and ensure compliance with company procedure.
- Monthly review of project precal against the actual costs incurred. Any other adhoc tasks as assign by supervisore.
Job Requirements:
- ITE or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance Management or a related field.
- Preferably 2 - 3 years of experience in administration related to project control within the construction or engineering industry.
- Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage.
- Meticulous and systematic approach in daily tasks.
- Effective communication skills and be able to collaborate with team members, sub-contractors and customers.
- Fast learner and a team player.
