- Support to Project Manager in project implementation.
- Attend meetings as required and follow-up with issues raised.
- Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
- Responsible in counter checking details in drawings for correct dimensions, orientation, alignment upon project executions
- Supervise and lead work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
- Ensure installation is carried out as per drawings and approved specifications.
- Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Keep and maintain proper and updated site records on progress of work and report to Project Manager.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- O level / A Level / Diploma in Construction Management.
- Experience in related field is a must and with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to work 6 days week.
- Possess Class 2/2A/2B/3 driving license and has own vehicle.
- Candidate with Safety Management Officer Certificate (SMO) and Working at Height Certificate would be an advantage.
- Specialize in residential projects preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel/Words).
- Good knowledge in interior fit-out and builder’s work and able to read as build drawings.
- Ability to multi-task and quick on feet to handle challenges on site.
- Proactive, self-motivated, strong problem-solving ability, and capable of prioritizing work.
