Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing on-site construction and monitoring production progress, safety and quality
- Responsible for the management of documents and materials for both ongoing and completed projects
- Responsible for consolidation and submission of weekly and monthly progress reports, costing reports and other project execution reports of ongoing projects
- Organize projects review and discussion sessions to promote learning and development
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Shipbuilding/Marine Engineering or its equivalent discipline
- At least 3 years of working experiences in project management and or site management related works in shipbuilding and offshore engineering industries
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, planning execution ability, judgment and decision-making ability and organizational management ability Good teamwork skills and sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure
