Responsibilities:
- Contract administration;
- Ensure design quality and authority compliance;
- Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposal;
- Prepare tender documentation, schedule and material specification;
- Liaise and discuss project-relevant issue with client and coordinate with consultant and contractor;
- Oversee progress of site work and resolve any arising issue;
- Develop idea, keeping in mind of client need, building usage and environmental impact;
- Identify client need and put together feasibility report and design proposal; Make on site visit to check on project status, report on project.
Qualifications:
- A recognized degree; Masters or Bachelor in Architecture;
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience in a dynamic and challenging environment;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
