Role Overview
We're looking for a highly organised, creatively driven Project Management Lead to support day-to-day operations and drive key projects across sales, marketing, business development, and merchandising. You’ll work closely with the founder to ensure smooth execution across timelines, teams, and touchpoints.
This is ideal for someone early in their career, hungry to grow in fashion, and excited by a fast-paced, purpose-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing
- Develop and run campaigns across email, social, events, and PR.
- Create visuals and content (EDMs, social posts, video edits) using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and CapCut.
- Manage influencer and content creator partnerships.
- Drive strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Business Operations
- Oversee inventory, logistics, and daily ops.
- Manage and update the e-commerce site (product uploads, stock syncing, banners, content).
- Coordinate planning and execution for pop-ups and events.
Business Development
- Support international outreach, follow up with B2B leads, draft proposals and pricing decks.
- Assist with negotiations and contracts.
Merchandising
- Assist with range, cost, and pricing planning to maintain healthy margins.
- Support collection planning and sales tracking.
General & Team Support
- Onboard and manage interns, freelancers, agencies and vendors.
- Handle grant, event, and retail applications.
- Support the upkeep and staffing of our upcoming physical store.
What You’ll Need
- 1–2 years relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates or diploma holders with related education and experience are also welcome to apply.
- Proficient in design and content tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut.
- Strong organisational and execution skills.
- Good design eye — understands visual hierarchy, branding, and aesthetics.
- Self-starter who works well independently.
- Passionate about fashion, creativity, and purpose-driven work.
