This role is multifaceted: part creative curator, part project manager, and part hospitality advocate.
Key responsibilities but not limited to:
Creative & Strategic Execution
- Ensure design integrity is upheld across all spatial touchpoints.
- Oversee the integration of branding, signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics into the built space.
- Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and branding teams to curate tactile and emotional moments that make a place feel truly unique and intentional.
- Maintain quality control during fabrication, production, and on-site installation.
- Push the boundaries of spatial design by integrating guest-centered storytelling into every project.
Project & Timeline Management
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring seamless coordination across architecture, interiors, branding, and environmental design.
- Work closely with designers, consultants, and hospitality operators to align creative vision with operational needs.
- Anticipate roadblocks, maintain momentum, and streamline approvals to meet key milestones.
- Oversee RFPs and contract negotiations with consultants, fabricators, and contractors (when required).
Budget & Resource Management
- Track and manage budgets, ensuring design aspirations are met without compromising financial viability.
- Work with operational teams to source furniture, finishes, signage, and bespoke materials that elevate the experience.
- Manage relationships with fabricators, producers, and suppliers to ensure quality execution.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Act as the bridge between hospitality operators, designers, architects, and brand teams.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and fabricators to ensure seamless execution.
- Schedule and lead project check-ins and design reviews.
