- Supervises the execution of small projects. Serves as primary on-site project leader, following standardized project management procedures. Uses standard tracking tools to report project progress. Evaluates project costs and progress against budget and plan.
- Overall responsibility to manage and run projects on site.
- Manage a team of engineers, supervisors and CAD drafters.
- Ensure the project are properly executed and completed on time meeting the quality, safety, cost and schedule requirements.
- Liaise with client on design, scopes, cost, variation orders and all other important project related items.
- During the off-peak period, you may be requested to help source for new projects through your contacts or otherwise and to support and prepare tenders and quotations to potential clients.
- Responsible for overall project P&L, Variation Orders and claims to clients and schedule.
- Minimum 5 years of Project Manager experience in construction industry.
- Experience to lead a team of Supervisors.
- With some project execution experience in a structural and construction related works.
- Committed to complete given tasks on time, ability to work independently and taking ownerships and responsibilities on the role that had been assigned to you.
- Self-motivated and open minded with passion to challenge status quo and drive for continuous improvement.
- Good project management skill, process excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage your team, clients, and subcontractors/vendors.
