Quality Assurance Inspector
Key Responsibilities:-
- Carry out incoming, in process and outgoing inspections. Ensure the inspections are in accordance to the required specifications
- Prepare and generate relevant QA reports
- Assist in the monitoring of ISO 9000, ISO 22000 & FAMI-QS system
- Assist in the GMP inspection; report to Production head of any non-compliance to GMP requirement
- Provide support in investigating product non-conformances and resolving customer complaints
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting officer
Requirements:-
- Minimum ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to provide support in investigating product non-conformances and resolving customer complaints with good strength and agility
