Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager/ Project team in all contractual and costing matters for interior and commercial interior fit out works.
- Handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts.
- Attend tender and project meetings.
- Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors for job/ project specification, acquire quotations and comparison in prices.
- Experience in Projects/ Tender Documentation and Submission requirements with minimal supervision.
- Purchasing of all project work materials identified in the tender.
- Understand drawings well and able to quote in short time.
- Plan inadvance materials need to be used for the assigned project and budget control.
- Good in negotiating prices with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. (interior fit out works and construction of landed houses experience an advantage)
- Preferably with at least 3 Years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of MS, sketch up, autocad, 3D and related drawing software.
- Able to work under pressure with high initiative and tight deadlines.
- Independent, Good Team player and eye for details.
- Driving licence an advantage.
