Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle preparation and submission of progress claims/payment and variation orders of projects.
- Liaise with Clients on progress payments and VO matters.
- Evaluation and certification of suppliers/sub-contractors progress payments.
- Evaluates and verifies sub-contractors variation orders.
- Provide monthly update of project costing.
- Good knowledge of construction structural works measurement.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Operation Manager or above.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English (Able to liaise with English and Chinese speaking associates is preferred)
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Basic Knowledge of BIM and AutoCAD.
- Able to work independently or as a team with following deadline.
- Meticulous and Accuracy.
- Preferable for candidates who can start work immediately
- 5.5 days work week
