Job Description
- Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), projects Pre & Post Costing and tender documents.
- Provide advice on cost-related matters to project teams, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Working with directors and managers to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Review and negotiate pricing with subcontractor/supplier.
- Preparing quotations to clients and follow up on the signed quotation status.
- Prepare and submit payment certificate and ensure billing to clients are promptly submitted.
- Prepare works orders for sub-contractors, prepare monthly payments and settle sub-contractors final accounts.
- Purchasing and monitoring of materials, and ensure materials reach the site on-time.
- All other work related to a Quantity Surveyor.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the construction or built environment industry.
- Familiar with Auto-Cad and Microsoft Office.
- Highly motivated individual with strong confidence, drive, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized and able to perform under pressure.
- Self-motivated and detailed minded.
- Contract Basis - Able to commit from October 2025 to December 2025 or January 2026.
- Able to work on alternate Saturday
