Job Description
The role of a Quantity Surveyor involves a range of responsibilities related to project cost management and financial planning. Here's a breakdown of the responsibilities, requirements, and remuneration for the position:
1. Taking Off Quantities : Accurately assessing and costing items for tender submissions.
2. Documentation Preparation : Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other relevant documentation.
3. Final Accounts : Compiling and submitting final accounts upon project completion.
4. Valuations : Conducting valuations of completed work for payment purposes.
5. Contract Management : Managing contractual agreements and arranging payments to suppliers and contractors.
Requirements:
1. Singaporean Citizenship : Candidates must be Singaporean citizens.
2. Education : Preferably holding a Diploma or ITE Certificates in Quantity Surveying or related fields.
3. Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Words, & Project Planning and Scheduling.
Remuneration:
- Salary : $4,000.00 to $5,000.00 (depending on experience)
- Working Hours : 44 hours/week
