Job Responsibilities:
- Project administration and documentation including prepare monthly progress claim, submission claim for VO and final account for closure of account, etc.
- Taking-off quantities and preparation of bills of quantities.
- Monitor progress claim, project costs, variations and resolve claim issues with clients.
- Assist in the tendering process to ensure costing are accurately included.
- Monitor the projects’ usage of material against the budgeted quantity.
- Attend to site surveys whenever necessary.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings for waterproofing system.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, architects, or engineers.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure drawings match site conditions. Maintain CAD standards and proper documentation of drawing revisions.
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Construction / Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 – 5 years of working experience in similar capacity.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and ERP software.
- Experience working in waterproofing subcontractor companies.
- Meticulous and good analytical ability.
- Work independently under minimal supervision.
