Description of Role & Responsibilities
We are launching a new exciting project and are looking for a friendly, reliable, and highly organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests and support the day-to-day operations. You will have excellent customer service and be responsible for welcoming guests, managing bookings, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and positive client experience from arrival to departure.
Some examples of expected responsibilities are as follows:
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet walk-in guests and members warmly and professionally.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist guests with bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.
Operations & Admin
- Manage daily schedule and ensure smooth coordination between sessions.
- Record daily transactions and handle POS system and payment reconciliation.
- Maintain digital filing systems for client records and inventory logs.
- Assist in supply ordering and stock management.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience:At least 1 year in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Administrative skills: Strong organisational skills with experience in managing schedules, filing systems, and basic documentation (e.g., timesheets, inventory logs).
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to handle phone, email, and in-person queries confidently.
- Attention to detail: Able to manage guest check-ins, health declarations, and payments with accuracy and discretion.
- Proactive and reliable: Able to work independently, multitask, and follow through on administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a wellness, spa, hospitality, or fitness setting.
- Familiarity with platforms, like Glofox, or similar booking software.
- Basic knowledge of first aid or wellness protocols.
Pay Range: $2,000 - $4,000 per month
