Job Responsibilities:
Front desk responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone calls to the right recipients
Mails & Courier Handling
- Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mails and parcel
Assisting with office supplies
- Pantry, coffee machine, stationery, printing paper etc
General Administrative Support
- Provide clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Assistance with various ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
- Attend to any other duties assigned by superiors
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
- Pleasant personality and friendly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Minimum GCE “O” level, least 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience
