We are seeking a results-driven Regional Digital Marketing Manager for our client in the consumer electronics space to lead paid media and digital growth strategies across key APAC markets. The ideal candidate is expected to have a track record of managing Amazon platform to drive full-funnel campaigns, optimizing media performance, and enhancing conversion.
Responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Execution
- Develop and roll out performance marketing strategies across Amazon and company website
- Align budgets, KPIs, and campaign objectives with regional and global teams.
- Lead campaigns across search, display, programmatic, and social platforms.
- Drive execution of key events such as Prime Day, Black Friday, and product launches.
2. Amazon Marketing
- Oversee paid media strategy and results on Amazon across key markets.
- Partner with Amazon teams and agencies to optimize Sponsored Ads, DSP, and Brand Store.
- Track marketplace trends and competitor activity to inform strategies.
3. Website Growth & Conversion
- Manage media investments to increase traffic, engagement, and sales on company website
- Collaborate with D2C teams to enhance site performance and conversion funnels.
- Test and scale digital channels (Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliates) based on insights.
4. Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor campaign results and deliver actionable insights.
- Manage budget allocations across markets and platforms.
- Evaluate key performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, etc.) to ensure continuous improvement.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Work with regional/local commercial teams to deliver marketing priorities.
- Manage agency and platform partners to ensure timely execution.
- Present strategies and performance updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or technology (advanced training in digital marketing is a plus).
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in consumer electronics’ digital and performance marketing, with expertise in Amazon Ads
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Amazon Console, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven track record in managing multi-market campaigns, budget planning, and optimization. Ability to thrive in international environments and virtual team setups.
