Job Description:
- Manage regional recruitment including job postings, interview arrangements and job offers to candidates.
- Manage onboarding, performance evaluation, promotions, employee relations, and offboarding, across multiple countries.
- Coordinate staff confirmation assessment exercises.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and administration, including but not limited to payroll, leave, employees’ insurance and staff welfare and benefits for all regional offices.
- Lead the Annual Salary Review process, including benchmarking, salary adjustments, and communications
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures across the region to ensure they meet organizational and regulatory standards.
- Communicate policies effectively to employees and ensure adherence.
- Administer staff benefits and claims in accordance with Company policies.
- Hands-on with payroll systems Software and ensure payrolls of all local employees are finalized timely and accurately.
- Ensure timely submission of monthly CPF payments, and tax-filing for all local employees.
- Manage application and renewal of work passes including tax clearances.
- Maintain proper filing of employees’ documents and mobile devices/equipment issued by the Company.
- Handles Staff Medical Insurance and Corporate Insurance coverages to ensure meeting Corporate requirements and local legislation.
- Manage and coordinate ISO audit.
- Handle all the IT-related issues in the organization.
- Oversee BizSafe audit and certification, Employment Agency License renewal, office lease renewal, etc. Other HR/Administration duties.
Pre-requisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Regional HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
- Positive attitude, meticulous, responsible and able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously,
- Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills, decision-making abilities, and attention to detail
