Responsibilities
- Oversee performance management processes (e.g., target setting, appraisals) and manage employee benefits, welfare, and recognition programs.
- Develop and update HR policies to ensure competitiveness and compliance with legislation.
- Collaborate with external vendors for benefits delivery and manage related budgets and cost analyses. Support compensation programs and lead projects to improve C&B processes and systems, including tech implementations.
Requirements
- At least a diploma in HR or relevant certifications.
- A minimum of 5 years of working experience in HR environment. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; SAP/SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus.
