Job Scope:
- Lead and mentor a small team of 3 HR/Admin Assistants.
- Personally manage end-to-end payroll for Singapore—accuracy, timeliness, and compliance are your top priorities.
- Stay ahead of CPF, IRAS, and all statutory filing obligations (e.g. IR8A).
- Oversee payroll functions in Malaysia; ensure flawless execution and local compliance.
- Partner with Finance to ensure smooth payroll reconciliation each month.
- Craft and update HR policies that reflect local legislation and business goals.
- Be the trusted go-to for HR compliance across both Singapore and Malaysia.
- Handle employee relations with fairness and consistency.
- Lead the hiring process—from crafting job ads to welcoming new team members.
- Create a seamless onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success.
- Keep the workplace running efficiently—supplies, vendor relationships, and office needs are in your care.
- Coordinate office moves and maintain an organized, comfortable workspace.
- Plan team activities and company events that bring everyone together.

Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of HR and Admin experience , including hands-on payroll .
- Solid knowledge of Singapore & Malaysia employment laws .
- Experienced in using Times Payroll and proficient in Microsoft Office . A strong communicator and empathetic leader with sharp attention to detail.
