✈️ Frequent travel to China & Taiwan (7 weeks on, 9 days home leave)
What You’ll Do
- Design and roll out compensation & benefits strategies for the India team
- Balance global HR structures with local needs smart, relevant, and scalable
- Lead salary reviews, performance bonuses, and benefits upgrades
- Stay sharp on compliance with Indian labor laws and tax guidelines
- Dive deep into data and advise leadership with clear, strategic insights
- Partner with regional HR teams in China and Taiwan
- Handle vendor negotiations to get top value on benefit programs
- Own pay-related policies, audits, and employee communication
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in regional or matrix setups
- Strong command of India’s compensation frameworks and compliance rules
- Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills and HR system know-how
- Excellent communicator, clear, respectful, and discreet
- Collaborative spirit and cross-cultural awareness
- Able to spend 200+ days/year in India (on-site rotation model)
