The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth and market expansion across Southeast Asia. This role is responsible for leading and driving our sales partners (distributors, sales agents, or sales representatives) to execute the company’s strategic plans, strengthen market presence, manage key customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities across the region. The role also involves close collaboration with internal teams and global counterparts to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
The Employee shall perform the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Southeast Asia to grow and diversify the existing customer base.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Participate in international exhibitions and trade shows, representing the company and promoting its offerings.
- Support marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and brand awareness.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in the electronic production equipment our capital equipment industry.
- Records in achieving sales targets and managing distributor/partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the SEA region with a focus on Thailand, Malaysia, and Singapore.
