Job Description & Requirements
- Assist with regional mechanical engineering matters
- Plan and schedule projects to ensure timely execution
- Manage and monitor construction projects to ensure alignment with target schedules
- Handle mechanical design works and ensure compliance with client requirements
- Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors
- Prepare progress claims, material submissions, risk assessments, progress reports, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
- Forecast potential project issues and implement measures to mitigate risks
- Supervise site activities and liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth workflow
- Liaise with suppliers for the procurement and timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Assist in the settlement of project final accounts, including variation orders.
