We are looking for a research assistant to work on the development of reconfigurable electromagnetic coil system for collaborative control of multiple capsule robots.
Key Responsbilities
The research assistant will work on a project to conduct the investigation on development of ingestible robotic system to enable non-invasive diagnosis and therapeutics in the gastrointestinal tract.
The roles of this position include:
To conduct research on the development of ingestible electronic/robotic platform capable of continuous monitoring and on-demand for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease.
Integration of power management circuit, actuators for motion control, and monitoring sensors.
Job Requirements
BS in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, computer engineering, or related field
4-year research experience in related area
Expertise in embedded system and Robotic Operation System
Knowledge in interfacing circuit design for power management
Experience in electromagnetic fields control is highly preferred
Publication track record is an advantage
Proficiency in basics of programming languages such as C, C++ and Python
