Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent service standards are met at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and effective manner.
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and overall restaurant ambiance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, restaurant policies, and procedures.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring proper stock levels.
- Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with management to meet business goals and performance metrics.
- Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reporting.
Requirements:
- At least Three years of experience in a restaurant environment.
- Fluent in English speaking ; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude and professional demeanour.
- Proficiency in POS systems.
