Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our team in Singapore. This is a casual role and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about wines and spirits, enjoys engaging with customers, and can provide excellent service in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting wines and spirits according to their preferences and needs
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations about our range of wines and spirits
- Maintain store displays, ensure product stock levels are well-organized, and assist with stock replenishment
- Handle sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and inviting
- Uphold store policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Answer customer inquiries professionally and courteously
- Support store team during promotional activities and events when required
Requirements:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Passion for wines and spirits with a willingness to learn about products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Responsible, reliable, and proactive attitude
