Our client is a leading creative education company in Singapore, specializing in lifestyle crafting workshops such as candle-making, perfumery, soap crafting, and cosmetics.
Responsibilities:
- Handle order fulfillment, packaging, and validation of online/offline purchases.
- Manage inventory audits, stock recording, and safe storage of materials.
- Conduct quality checks on supplier parcels and maintain store organization.
- Assist customers with walk-in, pick-up, POS transactions, and online inquiries.
- Support daily store operations and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- GCE 'N' Levels
- Working experience in retail will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: up to $3,300
Working location: Commonwealth
Working hours: Mon - Fri 9am-6pm
