The Retail Sales Assistant plays a key role in driving sales performance while delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency. He or she also contributes to store-level innovation and productivity initiatives. To support a seamless omnichannel customer experience, the Retail Sales Assistant manages in-store order fulfilment processes and ensures timely, accurate service across all touchpoints.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to promote and sell products while delivering a positive and professional customer experience
- Proactively generate new business through walk-in customers and phone enquiries
- Consistently meet and uphold service excellence standards
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints in a prompt and courteous manner
- Support daily operations, including invoicing, packing, replenishment, stock receiving, and inventory checks
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and visual presentation are maintained in the boutique at all times
Education & Qualifications:
- Min ITE/ Diploma / Degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience:
- Prior experience in the retail sector would be an added advantage
